Intersections Arts Festival

February 20, 2015 @ 8:00 am - March 7, 2015 @ 5:00 pm

Following in the spirit of its name, the Intersections Arts Festival marries a variety of artistic mediums in a way unique among events of its kind.

On the the festival’s website, festival artistic director Mary Hall Surface says, “this unique all-arts festival brings together more than 100 performing groups over eight days to offer intersections of music, theatre, dance, film, opera and spoken word that capture a kaleidoscope of perspectives on our ever-evolving community and world.”

From radical chamber music concerts to spoken word and dance performances exploring Indian folklore, Intersections Arts Festival truly offers an entire universe of original and world-class shows. The festival will take place across five different performance spaces at Washington DC’s beloved Atlas Performing Arts Center.

Temporary Hotel Closure Due to COVID-19

As a result of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the hospitality industry is experiencing an impact to business that will cause The Graham Georgetown to temporarily suspend hotel operations as of March 27, 2020. This is a temporary measure that is reflective of the current business environment. This decision is not a result of illness or confirmed cases at the hotel.

We are in the process of supporting Team Members through the transition and notifying guests. Any guests with questions regarding upcoming reservations are encouraged to contact Hilton Reservations and Customer Care for assistance. We plan to fully restore operations at our hotel by September 15, 2020, and look forward to welcoming our guests and Team Members back as soon as possible. We can’t wait to resume our place in the Georgetown community!
